PRECISION MACHINING
We offer all types of machining from Swiss-type screw machines to Large Machined parts weighing 30 tons. Quantities range from prototypes to large production volumes. Tolerances also range from the very simple to the most complex of machined parts.
METAL FABRICATIONS & METAL FORMING
All Varieties of Metal Fabrications are available including 18 gauge sheet metal up to 22-inch thick plate. Sandblasting, prime and finish paint are also offered.
CUSTOM METAL GEARS
Bevel gears, Spur gears, Internal and External Helical gears, Worm and Worm gears, Internal and External Splines, and Involute & Parallel Sided Splines. We can produce one part or thousands of parts to your specifications. Heat treat and hardening services are
available. AGMA Class gears from a 6 class to a 12 class gear can be obtained. Services available also include Gear Hobbing, Shaping, Shaving, and Broaching. Complete Inspections using the latest technologies and equipment are offered.
CASTINGS AND PATTERNS
Casting Capabilities Include Grey Iron, class 30, 35, and 50. 1 pound through 10,000 pounds. Ductile Iron, 65-45-12, 80-60-03, and 100-70-03. 1 pound through 10,000 pounds. Aluminum, 319,356 and Almag. 1 pound through 1000 pounds. Brass & Bronze castings are also available as well as Carbon Steel. Complete Pattern making capabilities are also offered. Patterns made of wood and Styrofoam can be made.
CUSTOM MACHINE BUILDING AND REPAIR
Complete fabrication, machining, and assembly of your medium to heavy industrial Process machinery. We also offer repair to your existing equipment. We will take your
old worn-out equipment and repair it to like new.
